You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
Be unused, undamaged, and in original condition
Include all packaging, tags, and accessories
Pass an inspection upon arrival at our warehouse
If the above conditions are met, we’ll issue a full refund via your original payment method.
If the item or packaging shows signs of use or damage, we reserve the right to deduct a restocking or refurbishment fee, based on the extent of wear.
Non-quality-related returns: the customer pays all shipping costs to and from our warehouse.
Quality-related issues: we cover all return shipping costs and offer a choice of full refund or replacement.
If you receive a defective or damaged item:
Photograph or record a video immediately upon receipt.
Email the media and order details to support@jiumido.com.
We will respond within 24 business hours, and arrange a return or replacement at no cost to you.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3–7 business days.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Any restocking deductions will be itemized in the refund.
Bank processing times, holidays, or weekends may affect refund posting.

Wait for our customer support to confirm and provide return instructions.
Ship the item back using the provided address and guidelines.
Once received and approved, your refund will be issued.
